Severe limitations for fully premium version

"Can’t see list offline. The only print option is ridiculously inefficient - lists just a few items per page, so if you have a serious collection of DVDs, as I do, your list to print, even in PDF, takes hundreds of pages. The print is also limited in what it exports - first photo, a barcode and a title, even though you have tons of other info stored. I regret buying this intensely. I expected far more, for the paid version, especially to export my list. They make the mistake so many do in the tech world - expecting a perfect world 24/7/365/forever. Also lately it’s taking minutes, or requiring a “reload collection” anytime I try to access my existing list, right at log in even after the last week update that supposedly fixes this (it doesn’t). The sort is also very buggy, especially regarding seasons and series. You can identically name each title, and the season may or may not sort accurately. I can’t find a pattern or reason. When I contact support they simply say I have a sort problem - and I’m using THEIR default sort choices. I suspect I will print these to PDF, extract the barcodes I’ve accumulated, and then delete this account. Last, I’m finding porn photos are starting to creep into my saved existing results (I check everything when I add content, so these are getting added at some point later). There should be a way to stabilize your content and apparently there isn’t. Yes you can report the photos, but THEY should be screening and removing these before I ever see them. They are random photos that have nothing to do with the content. That alone, makes me want to delete everything. In fact, I’ve decided after leaving this review, that’s what I’m doing." - 5 stars from Reader979 (Apr 13, 2024)

Easy peasy!

"I’m not a technology wiz, and this app is so easy to use! I was stunned by the database of pictures it has access to for dahlias! I was able to create my list in no time on my iPhone!!" - 5 stars from jalnwick (Apr 07, 2024)

Best app

"Best app ever good support service" - 5 stars from De6193 (Apr 05, 2024)

Beware porn pics hidden in movie listings

"Overall like the format and use it to track many categories but won’t let my children access the app to see their games or movies because many have porn images in 3 of the 4 optional photo slots. If you bulk scan and accept provided options BE SURE TO CHECK EACH PHOTO BEFORE ADDING!" - 5 stars from Mynameisamegomontoya (Apr 05, 2024)

Very disappointed

"So after buying your first version; even spending more to expand the collections & storage, it now shows I don’t have an account & can’t access my information? For months my emails have been returned as undeliverable to even try to address the problem. All of this because I didn’t want to have to purchase your “improved” program & all the previously paid for collectible options again at a much higher cost. Really loved the program and all it could do, but feel sorry for the those who don’t want to buy the program again next time you “revamp” it and lose all their info & money they already spent. If this is just a misunderstanding & a fixable issue, I would be very happy to remove this review. Melanie" - 5 stars from Oxnmel (Mar 31, 2024)

"Weak." - 5 stars from UgavemehighBP (Mar 30, 2024)

Terrible experience

"Lost all my stuff in their old app and when they purged it and then they force you to buy their new app. No cross over and zero communication when you try to contact them." - 5 stars from zmaster2xxx (Mar 28, 2024)

Outstanding!

"Been using this app for years and years and still do! I use it everyday! One feature I’d like to have, is to toggle items from your owned list, to your wishlist. I custom curate every entry in my collection. But my collection changes often as I make a lot of sales and trades. Many items that I sell or trade one day, I may buy back again within the next few weeks. So it’d be a nice thing to have rather than having to delete it entirely and then re-enter all that info. We can already toggle things from our wishlist to our owned. Can we make it work the other way too?" - 5 stars from Otisentialbagel (Mar 27, 2024)

Horrible for beanie baby collectors

"I downloaded this to track my collection so that I could know wich one so have and don’t have, I have around 50-60 beanie babies so I sat down to add each one into the app, while it was a long process I enjoyed being able to see my beanie babies until I reached the 16th one, it makes you drop thirty bucks to continue adding to your collection wich is insane! Nobody is going to drop through bucks just to keep their beanies stored. I really thought I found the an app I can use but this made me very mad as I had spent over an hour adding info into each category." - 5 stars from kaptain_§_art (Mar 16, 2024)
